This position serves in a key role as liaison to the company’s customers and partners and is responsible for providing support in the areas of customer and technical service, inside sales and marketing. Our customers depend on you to get the information they need.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a SCIENTIC FIELD a must!
Experience: 1-5years of related experience.
Excellent written and oral English communication skills and a strong customer service focus. Good problem solving and investigative skills. Ability to resolve varied and non-routine scientific challenges. Strong analytical and documentation skills, follow-up, attention to detail, and technical adeptness. Basic business math skills. Ability to work in a team environment. Must be flexible in responding to changing demands. Computer proficiency required.
