This scientific position serves in a key role as liaison to the company’s life sciences/clinical customers and partners and is responsible for providing support in the areas of customer and scientific/technical service, inside sales and marketing. Our customers depend on you to get the information they need. You must have a scientific education and/or experience because of the nature of our products.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a SCIENTIC FIELD a must!
Experience: 1-5years of related experience.
Excellent written and oral English communication skills and a strong customer service focus. Good problem solving and investigative skills. Ability to resolve varied and non-routine scientific challenges. Strong analytical and documentation skills, follow-up, attention to detail, and technical adeptness. Basic business math skills. Ability to work in a team environment. Must be flexible in responding to changing demands. Computer proficiency required.
