This position is responsible for supporting product management initiatives for both life science products and clinical services.
Responsible for ownership of specific existing product lines, including technical understanding, assistance with technical support, and oversight of the product life cycl
Develop training presentations for Sales, Tech Support, customers and distributors
Determine product pricing by understanding differences between value and demand using market data, reviewing production and cost of sales, and anticipating volume
Maintain new product pipeline and determine priority, manage and deliver on timelines and go-to-market strategy
Manage competing priorities and collaborate effectively
Participate in highly collaborative special projects
Conduct market analyses as needed to determine customers’ needs and size of market
Assess competition by performing competitive analyses against other companies’ product
Devise new and creative ways to build a closer connection with our customers and strengthen our brand
Provides forecasts and short-term, medium-term, and long-term strategic plans to build revenue in strategic customer segments
Manage and develop website content to accurately reflect the value propositions of the products while aligning with the Company’s strategic vision
Create understandable and accessible messaging and communication around product lines to communicate value to market.
Develop marketing collateral by working with subject-matter experts to create content for appropriate audiences using the best medium/channels
Create social media-appropriate content which supports marketing and business development goals
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a Life Sciences field required (Biology)
Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in Life Sciences. Experience with blogging and social media platforms
Strong oral and written communication skills. Outstanding organization, analytical and project management skills. Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to use judgment as dictated by complexity of situation. Must be a team player.
