  • Position Overview


    Responsible for providing timely support to Enzo clients through the Genetic testing process. The individual will be expected to work cross-functionally between many departments including sales, marketing, client operations and production serving both patient and client needs.


    • Provide the highest level of customer service to patients and physicians
    • Assist in answering high volume phone and email inquires
    • Providing first level technical support to clients
    • Work with healthcare insurance providers to determine coverage criteria on behalf of patients
    • Verify patient insurance benefits
    • Understand insurance plans, co-insurance, deductibles and out-of-pocket expenses
    • Submit insurance authorizations
    • Assist patients with their financial responsibilities
    • Assist with medical billing functions
    • Work closely with marketing, sales, clinical staff, and billing to provide educational materials to patient and clients
    • Work with marketing to determine products and services needed to compete within the genetics market
    • Work with sales to support various genetics clients
    • Maintain an accurate record of all processes and policies
    • Identify issues and contribute to process improvements creating an efficient working environment while maintaining high service levels
    • Collaborate with teams to ensure we are providing the best service and experience to all customers

    • Attention to detail
    • Works well with a team
    • Prior experience / working knowledge of genetics
    • Thorough knowledge of CPT codes
    • Knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint (or similar)
